Trained and licensed as a hair stylist for over 10 years, Allison has worked in salons and for weddings and events throughout Southern California before moving to Hawaii at age 23. She has been mentored by a number of celebrity stylists and continuously works to hone her skills and keep up with trends. She surrounds herself as much as possible with inspiration to advance, reflect, interpret and recreate. Allison's passion for connecting with clients and future clients is what fuels her energy. Having clients feel comfortable with the Reveal team and their professional work is her daily goal.

Meet Kylie, our San Diego and SoCal team coordinator as well as our marketing assistant for all Reveal locations. Kylie handles client communications, bookings, scheduling and all of the details for our appointments. With a passion and degree in marketing she spends a portion of her time working on Reveal’s marketing tasks and ideas. She might not be on appointments but seeing your photos come in after each hair and makeup is complete gives her so much joy to be involved from start to finish.
Outside of work, Kylie loves coaching high school volleyball, exploring new places, or spending time outdoors. She loves traveling, hiking, staying active through sports, and getting creative with art whenever she can. She’s always up for a new adventure and enjoys finding inspiration both in the places she visits and the people she meets.

The Beginning
Our story began with Allison, who began her career as a model at the age of 13 and fell in love with the behind-the-scenes aspect of the industry. After years of experience as a model and hair stylist, she had a vision of building a reliable professional hair and makeup team who shared her passion of helping people feel their best through beauty. She created Reveal and built a team of diverse, talented artists. Since opening in 2015, the Reveal team has beautified thousands of clients in Hawaii.

Two New Locations On The Mainland
San Diego & Las Vegas officially launched! It was a busy year of growing a team, training new artists and getting to know our San Diego and Las Vegas brides. What a treat to see so many beautiful venues across coastal La Jolla to the vineyards or Temecula. Reveal also started working on conferences which allowed us to meet some influential keynote speakers!
Up the California Coast
After a lot of requests, it was meant to be for us to start growing our team in Orange County & Coastal Los Angeles! From charming San Clemente to beautiful Malibu we have been fortunate enough to already have weekends full with clients. A highlight of opening here was Allison getting to spend the summer in her hometown to get the ball rolling.
